ALAA Consultancy (M) Sdn Bhd and private aviation operator RightJet have formalised a strategic collaboration through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking a key step in RightJet’s expansion into the Asian market, with Malaysia identified as the initial launch pad.

The MoU was signed here by RightJet Chief Executive Officer, Mark Hardman and ALAA Consultancy (M) Sdn Bhd Chief Executive Officer, Husna Nashim. The ceremony was witnessed by members of ALAA Consultancy’s board, as well as Business Synergy Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Aiman Hakim Nordin, signalling strong industry backing for the partnership.

Under the agreement, both parties will work towards establishing RightJet Asia as a prominent player in the regional private aviation landscape, with a focus on strengthening its footprint in Malaysia, across Asia, the Middle East and selected international markets.

ALAA Consultancy will leverage its regional market knowledge, institutional connections and cross-border networks to support RightJet’s structured market entry, development of strategic alliances and long-term brand positioning in the region.

The partnership is also aligned with the objectives of Malaysia Tourism 2026, particularly efforts to enhance premium travel offerings, boost international connectivity and attract high-value travellers through private and business aviation services.

Hardman said the MoU reflects RightJet’s long-term strategy to grow its private aviation presence in Asia as part of its broader global expansion plans.

Meanwhile, Husna described Malaysia as a strategic gateway for private aviation, citing its geographical position as a natural link between Asia, the Middle East and global destinations.

The collaboration underscores a shared commitment by both companies to advance standards in private aviation while supporting Malaysia’s aspiration to position itself as a regional hub for aviation, tourism and high-value international travel.
