Why is a relationship important and valued and esteemed highly by those involved and engaged in this activity and why must there be the observance of right and proper conduct in order for a relationship to develop, grow and mature?

In varying circles, relationships take on differing roles and functions such as a person being in a role of relating with his family, or relatives or friends or even those outside this traditional circle like his employer, colleagues and acquaintances.

The importance of relating well with those around us, those we meet or come into contact with is because by communicating and engaging all these people there is the possibility of benefitting mutually and helping to support one another.

If relationships of all kinds can flow and function smoothly, society can be at ease and there would be less friction and factions and cliques that are at war and quarrel with each other because they have learnt the art of communicating well.

Relationship management of whatever kind must never be overlooked or underestimated. Instead, they must be reinforced and strengthened and meet the challenges which abound and are set to test the validity of a relationship.

This is why nurturing and caring and tending to a relationship to augment and ensure it springs to life giving those in the relationship hope and aspirations for a bright, promising and healthy co-existence is a most positive outcome.
