There can be nothing more powerful than to stand united, and to speak with one voice, as when such a voice speaks, there is that audience who pay attention and give support, as in the case of Malaya ultras trying to rescue Malaysian football.
Malaya ultras are not political or social activists, but they have surfaced and are growing in numbers, and are growing stronger as Malaysians who have a passion for football grew concerned over the declining standards of the once great local football.
While they are not interested in pointing fingers of accusations against anyone for what is happening in Malaysian football, their sole concern is in going about setting things right for Malaysian football to be once more of world stature.
But how the Malaya ultras are going to go about this is not very clear and certain, they, however, have risen in numbers and want to go about the business of restoring the glory years of Malaysian football.
While they are in the planning and scheming stage, football fans would be well advised to keep their fingers crossed, as the rot has set in and many individuals, personalities and organisations have a finger in the pie of Malaysian football.
All things considered, Malaysian football fans should throw their weight behind the Malaya ultras as they seem to be going in the right direction, and the fervent hope of many people is that they succeed in their quest.
