Upon reaching the age of an adult, everyone should fulfill and know their personal and individual responsibilities in life, except for those who for various reasons need care and support which means they cannot be responsible for themselves.
Those in the grouping that need care and support will not only include Persons With Disabilities (PWD) but also the hard core poor and those in need of welfare or financial aid and assistance from the government or charitable organizations.
Therefore it is actually during the years of childhood and adolescence that the formative years of shouldering responsibilities should be imparted to the very young but not to take on a heavy load such as to go to work to support the family.
Childhood and adolescent years should be a happy and interesting time free of heavy responsibilities but it is at this stage that they must be gradually prepared to shoulder personal responsibility for themselves upon becoming an adult.
Those who are already adults will find the formation when they were very young useful and important in developing personal responsibilities such as finances, healthcare, employment and income or businesses.
They must also be well aware of their responsibility to their family, the commitments and obligations involved, the caring of elderly parents, and the need to plan their own lives and ensure order in their private world.
