Future choices to be Malaysian prime minister

Waiting in the wings to take power and helm the prime ministership from Putrajaya are a number of budding politicians who have displayed flashes of their ability to Malaysians who will most likely decide their fate and destiny.

While, when considering prime minister hopefuls in this country, it is possible for individuals beyond belief and expectations to rise and take power, this is the reason why it is virtually impossible to cast in stone and say for sure if a candidate can be prime minister.

But a handful of notables have impressed Malaysians they can be prime minister like the swashbuckling Khairy Jamaluddin (KJ) who has made peace with Anwar and is much liked by the rakyat.

Others include Rafizi Ramli who is right now out in the cold and who seems to have struck an anti-establishment chord, and appears to be at loggerheads most of the time with fellow politicians, but is knowledgeable especially in high finance.

Fahmi Fadzil over the years has been steadily building his political portfolio and if anyone cares to know he has also been stealthily building a formidable power base and is highly favoured by current prime minister Anwar Ibrahim.

But despite a number of setbacks, Anwar from behind the scene has been teaching his daughter Nurul Izzah the ropes of being prime minister and she has been obediently waiting in line to become the nation’s first woman prime minister.
