Most of us are acutely aware that recycling (kitar semula) is the watchword from now on for inhabitants of the earth, as the natural resources on this planet are not infinite, and therefore conservation and preservation need to be augmented.
The danger of complacency taking place in recycling efforts is what the people of the earth need to be made aware of in order for this earth to last as long as possible, while space exploration is conducted to look for alternatives.
While development projects should only be approved if they are sustainable and do not pose a hazard or risk to the environment there must also be thought and consideration given to this need for building and construction activities.
However, recycling is the key to ensure sustainability, and the other aspects included are to re-use, reduce and, if necessary, to abstain altogether from using products and services that have snob appeal but leads to the destruction of flora and fauna.
It’s a drive really to stretch to the optimum or maximum depleting resources, and to factor and figure how to replenish what is still available, and to use time and effort to harness what is needed for the survival and well-being of the human species.
Not only must there be care and concern for ‘homo sapiens’ but also animals that have been steadily going extinct because of poaching and the clearing of their habitats causing them to dwindle in numbers.
