While there is nothing wrong with anyone using conventional wisdom, it must be realised by each and everyone of us that it does not always work especially in unique circumstances which leaves us with no choice but to think outside-the-box.
Not only should a person develop the skill of thinking outside-the-box, there is also a need and a necessity, a wise decision if people can shift away from off the beaten track to take the road less travelled.
By doing so, there is the strong possibility of making happy discoveries by chance, and taking a fast track towards the goal of being successful in all our aims and objectives in life and turning visions and dreams into reality.
This sort or kind of serendipity that a person experiences is because they have discovered that by using conventional wisdom, it would not have been achieved as their situation was different and demanded an alternative approach.
The suggestion to be considered by all of us in unique or unusual circumstances is to be bold, and venture forward with full self-belief and the necessary conviction that what is being done by us, though going against conventional wisdom, would benefit us.
But it is not always necessary to swim against the tide, especially when mere conventional wisdom would suffice, but on those occasions when called upon, there is a need to launch out into the deep to reap the treasures in the depths of life.
