The new world order now has witnessed a very strong push, quest and strive for respect by people of all walks of life in the era of globalization, and it has also resulted in much disrespect surfacing for those engaged in this phenomenon.

Everyone loves to be respected and honoured. But to do so our achievements must have merit and consideration and it must be because of hard work and industry, much study and exposure before a person can say he or she has arrived.

This is no easy task, and in the process, there are those who try and take short cuts or cheat and defame and deride others who are competing with them for power, fame and fortune in a world that glorifies only winners.

Each person, in this quest or mission in life, must play by the rules set and not break them, therefore, this demands much discipline, restraint and self control by an individual who wants to prove himself or herself in a particular field of endeavour.

Those who make false claims of achievement, those whose achievements are without merit should not be considered as having arrived in a particular mission as they lack credibility and there is no basis of truth to all their claims.

The truth has a way of coming out, and in the process of achieving respect and recognition, it must be obtained by contributing to the growth and development of humanity or being able to take the world up to a new level of enlightenment.
