Bandar Sri Sendayan in Negeri Sembilan is being touted as the toast of the Greater Klang Valley and the township which spans 6,800 acres is part of the burgeoning Malaysian Vision Valley 2.0 (MVV2.0).

The developer of Bandar Sri Sendayan is Matrix Concept Holdings Bhd and they have transformed a dense forest to encompass diverse commercial, residential, industrial and educational institutions.

In line with Matrix Concepts’ commitment to sustainable living, the township of Bandar Sri Sendayan has earmarked more than 20 percent of land to eco-friendly features including 26 acres for the Sendayan Green Park which is a green lung.

Within the vicinity is the 380,000 sq ft d’Tempat Country Club which is an exclusive lifestyle hub for the community with an Olympic swimming pool, an aqua gym, badminton, tennis and squash courts and a bowling alley and gymnasium.

Bandar Sri Sendayan also has a 34 acre entertainment venue called the Sendayan X Park which offers extreme sports for the bold, a golf driving range, flying fox, paintball, BMX track, go kart and more.

In the hopes of expanding beyond Bandar Sri Sendayan, Matrix Concepts’ recently acquired a landbank of 1,382 acres in MVV 2.0 for RM460 million and will develop the area with NS (Negeri Sembilan) Corporation.
