Malaysians only want to believe in truth

BY: RAJA AMY
The recent by-elections in Simpang Jeram and Pulai by the Pakatan Harapan and Barisan Nasional alliance is a clear indication that Malaysians have faith and believe in the country’s system of governance.
Although those on the opposing divide went to town with their guns blazing that the discharge of Ahmad Zahid from corruption charges were manipulated to ensure the unity government stays in power, Malaysians were nonplussed.
Malaysians were unfazed, and the results of the by elections goes to show that they have a certain faith, believe and trust in the judiciary to do the job of delivering justice in each and every case brought up to them.
While the opposing politicians cried foul, Malaysians were sticking to their beliefs, they knew exactly what they wanted and showed a clear refusal to accept the politics and the policies of the opposition.
These wins clearly gives Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim the opportunity to consolidate his grip on power and to powerfully enforce his will and aspirations to serve the rakyat and elevate the status and Quality of Life of Malaysians.
The opposition was beating around the bush with no clear direction and motives and this is why they failed in their bid to win the by elections which paved the way for the unity government to forge ahead with their plans for the country.
