Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang has vowed that PAS will file nominees that can win the election but citizens reminded him that they need to serve the people as well.

The PAS President said, “We field candidates to win and play a role. We know many of our candidates who play important roles, there are scholars, professionals and community leaders.”

The Marang MP also expressed that the Islamic party has preserved although there were its ups and downs.

“It was disturbed from the inside and out, it was disturbed by the ISA (Internal Security Act), the Memali incident, as well as internal crisis, (but) PAS did not collapse,” he claimed.

Simon Cornelius skeptical over PAS’s agenda said that every party intends to win but can all of them cooperate to serve the community?

He added that PAS ministers can’t even differentiate the word ‘timah’ from Fathima.

The Melaka state elections conjured after several party members had withdrawn from the state government leaving it no choice but to dissolve.

Noroz Khan fear that Malays who vote for PAS do not realise what they are doing.

“People who are voting for you lot have been deceived and manipulated,” he said.

He cited that PAS has allegedly been on the backend of receiving bribes in 2019, where party members were accused of receiving vehicles and financial benefits.
