A couple caught on video verbally abusing two security guards have been condemned by Malaysians and want the police to take appropriate actions.

The two-minute and 44-second video, filmed by one of the guards, showed the husband and wife blasting the guards for not watching over their children.

While raging, the husband called the guards ‘stupid’ and added that the reason why they were guards was due to being uneducated.

In the guard’s defense, one of them said, “You’re the stupid one!”

The guard also mentioned that it is not the role of a security guard to take care of someone else’s child.

Malaysians have ridiculed the couple for being irresponsible parents and not being rational.

Jahariah Abbas said, “Stupidity at the highest level! They should be evicted. Since when is it a rule that security guards should also look after residents’ kids? He faulted the couple and felt like they came from the caves, unable to handle normal life as parents.”

Yan Yan sarcastically mentioned, “Why don’t you ask them to help you raise your children too?”

She added that it is hypocritical to accuse that the guards were irresponsible when the couple had left the kids alone in the first place.

Although they may not be educated, Yan said that at least they are working an honest job and earning their own money.

The condominium management released a statement that the guards had to leave to go for their scheduled rounds.

They added that action will be taken against the ‘rude’ tenants and the owner of the unit, citing a police report had been made.
