Daniel Craig Receives His Star On The Renowned Hollywood Walk Of Fame
Actor Daniel Craig can not only say that he was once called ‘Mr. Bond’, but now can also call himself the proud owner of a star on Hollywood’s famed Walk of Fame, alongside a multitude of cinema legends.
The 53-year-old actor was present at the ceremony on Monday, Oct 6th, and was introduced by Bond producers Michael G Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, and fellow ‘No Time To Die’ co-star Rami Malek.
“To Michael Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, I thank you from the depth of my heart, without you I would not be here today – thank you for those lovely words. Thank you to Rami for those beautiful, beautiful words,” said Craig before his star’s reveal.
The pink star is the 2,704th on the Walk of Fame and at the appropriately numbered 7007 Hollywood Boulevard. Craig’s star shares a place next to the late Roger Moore, a fellow Bond veteran who played the British spy in seven movies from 1973 to 1985.
“It’s an absolute honour to be walked all over in Hollywood,” said Craig. “Me being on this pavement surrounded by all of these legends makes me a very, very, very happy man.”
The upcoming Bond film ‘No Time To Die’ will be Craig’s fifth and final time donning the 007 code, a role that followed the actor for a span of 15 years.
