Users go on social media to interact and engage with friends, family and even classmates or colleagues. As such, it is advantageous to business owners to promote their products or services on any social media sites. It is also comparatively more cost effective compared to traditional marketing.
Many businesses these days utilise social media sites such as Whatsapp, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and even Twitter to communicate with their customers. There are several benefits for social media advertising, one of them is to help in creating brand awareness. Advertising and providing more information about your product or service would be vital for you to gain the trust of your potential customers. Through social media, brands are able to be recognised by a wider audience in Malaysia and also overseas.
